What's next up the ladder of a M4?

Don't get me wrong, I'm very pleased with my M4 amp but I'm getting an itch to go up the pecking order.
What do you chaps recommend as a step up or two within the Yammy family?
Currently rotating NS1000M's, Celestion SL12si's, Heybrook SB3's and DQ 10's.
I also have a 4B bryston and a SAE A501 but as mentioned, want to stay in the family.
Looking forward to your ideas - thanks in advance

M-2 ,I have owned three of these and can recommend them with no reservations -absolutely killer amplifiers.

2tumsup,
I went from a M4 (that I'd been using for almost 2 years) to a M-80 a few months ago. To my ears the M-80 sounds much better, all around more refined & enjoyable to listen to listen to without being fatiguing in any way! Both amps have been refreshed with new electrolytic capacitors and relays. I also had to replace several transistors in the M-80 to get it working again (bought it locally off Craigslist in a non-functioning state). For me the M-80 was a very rewarding upgrade from the M4. I'm using different speakers than you, so YMMV.
Thanks,

Why fart around. Go directly to the top of the ladder.:D

Well, he did say "next."

I will concede the B-2x is also a "next" contender. Nice amp that has a thick bottom end, but doesn't quite match up to the grunt the M-2 has.

I'd say flip a coin and pick up the best example of either you can find.
