KA-7100 missing balance pot

I scored a pretty clean 7100 off ebay and when it arrived I noticed that the balance pot had been replaced with a cheapo plastic shaft black plastic square pot that made the knob stick way out. The sound was bad when the pot was set to center, really muffled. It may be wired wrong but I want to change it to something more factory looking if I can't find the original that looks like the other two controls. It's a 200k double with the long rigid pc mount leads. Any help finding one or replacement suggestions would be much appreciated.

Unit was sold, but if the buyer was simply going to use the remains for parts, maybe you could work a deal.
