MAC 1900 receiver question

Hi all. I just came into possession of a MAC 1900 receiver. It sounds pretty good out of the box. I am not sure that it has been turned on in a decade. The right side is not as loud as the left though. Is there anything special that I should be looking for on this or should I first just deoxit it? Thanks in advance.

They always need a deox of the switches and a faderlube treatment of the potentiometers.

I always check for tone control alignment......easy to get a 3 or 4 dB volume discrepancy, which even sounds worse than that if it happens in the more critical frequencies.

Agree.....I also have (2) 1900's.

The Achilles Heel of the 1900....Volume Switch
Push Buttons also need a Good CLEANING..
