Yamaha GE-60 display not working properly

Hi all,

I'm working on a Yamaha GE-60 graphic equalizer. See the picture in the link I included with this post. The display that shows the levels of each band is "stuck" in this position. No matter what buttons I press or sliders I move, it displays this same reading. Other than this, the unit works as it should. What could be causing this?

The display in my GE 60 had only the far right band visible and it was always peaked out with no difference in adjustment.
I did a full recap of the main board, this solved my meter issue, hope you get yours sorted. It is a very nice piece of gear.
