What's happening with AK site? Virus?

Just noticed today that whenever I visit AK, I'm taken to a blank page with an ad strip on the top just like the one we see on AK pages. Anyone else experiencing this??

So call it annoying, but not dangerous? Doesn't answer the question of where the link came from or why. I suspect some freeware installation that packed in a redirect as an easter egg, or something like Facebook or Twitter that installed it. I hate that when that happens.

Yeah, I ran my ad-ware scanner and nothing found either.

Now it's acting really erratic. Back button is not working and pages keep refreshing by itself.
