Hello Everyone,

Just wondering what is your Yamaha PreAmp of choice? And it has to be vintage! Im also wondering which one is of the highest sound quality?

CX-10000
C-1
CX-1

I have two

CX-1000U daily driver ( love the remote )

C-2X for more critical enjoyment

I do not know about best sounding one, but I just picked up an CX-1000U and it sound very good.

I was wondering which one of these units would be best suited for my Boston Acoustic's VR3 which if im not mistaken they are rated at 235 watts and 93 db's ?

Based on what I own and prefer to listen to most:

C-2a
CX-1000 (remote capable)
C-4 (currently under the knife)

I have some Yamaha MX-M70! And they sound great Im just wondering what would compare in the Yamaha vintage monoblock or monorail amplifier that would be a good fit for a Yamaha CT-600 ?

Yamaha CA-600

The Yamaha CT-600 tuner was paired/match with the Yamaha integrated amplifier in the same series.
