Why ? Are the 2SD's and 2SB's bad ? To answer your question. The 93G's and 94Gs will do just fine. If the OEM transistors are still good . I'd leave them well enough alone.

Yes ! I will not replace working transistors ....
Just take the time to change the silicone grease between the case of the transistor and the both sides of the mica ...The original will be dry without any doubt ...More than 30 years ....
