Kenwood 777 speakers

I've read that the kenwood speakers are not all that great. But are there any at all made here that anybody really like such as the 777 model? Are they worth $80?

I have had them as well as the KL-555S.
These speakers are not bad at all. With the right amp/receiver they offer a rich and natural sound. Not perfectly natural, but you will enjoy. They only need to be carefully positioned. 80$ is a good price. In Europe these speakers are sold around 300,-/350,-€ in good state.

I have the 777, I do like it, well worth 80. These are 15" woofer, 6 driver 4 way I think with adjusters for the mids and highs. Great speakers, very efficient.
