Any thoughts on this? With probes and all the price seems quite fair.

Vintage oscilloscope by Metermaster model 65635, a 35MHz dual trace with probes. Excellent condition not abused as used very little since new. Included manual and x10 probes. Scope is same as Elenco or Meguro model MO-1252, made in Japan by Meguro Electronics Corp.

It's a bit slow (35mhz) but as an intro it should be fine. I'd try to get it a tad cheaper if you can- they're called boat-anchors for a reason.

It'll do for FM work too. Only need 10.7 mhz for an IF chain. Not really any need to get it at RF frequencies.

Unless one's working on digital circuits, 35 MHz is serious overkill for hifi. No down side to more bandwidth, but don't be thinking you need 100 MHz or such for analog audio (including radio).

My little old Philips is 20mHz. When I actually used to bench with it I never felt I was missing much.

That one looks like a Tek knockoff, it is probably a solid piece of gear.
