Curve RS-III a/b

Looking for the Ohm curve on the Infinity RS-III a/b. I own a pair and would like to know what the speakers could go down to.

Funny, I was just thinking the same. I suspect RS-IIIa's are not as bad as Kappa 9's or RS I's etc. I just saw the Kappa 9 graph, going below 1 Ohm twice, at around 33 Hz, and at around 7 kHz. While shooting to 10 Ohms at other regions. Wow!

My Onkyo A-9070 pushes distortion free 140W per channel at 4 Ohms, and I have not noticed any issues with my RS-IIIa's. The Onkyo gets a bit warm at high volumes but has not gone to protection mode or clipped ever....

I graphed these once, I will see if I can find the file. As I recall they stayed above 4 ohms above about 50hz, below that the impedance dropped fairly quickly.

Just found the answer, for 5-b's, but these are quite similar speakers to RS-IIIa/b's, so presumably quite applicable:

The impedance drops down to 2.2 Ohms at 1.8 kHz.
