What's Pioneer in your rig?

So far I have a SX-680, a SX-3700, and am picking up a SX-1050 tomorrow. I have a pair of CS-33 and CS-66a speakers. I hope to get a good pioneer turntable and maybe a pair of CS-99's in the near future.

Sweet the 3700 is one with the digital radio and the 1050 is one of my dreams (well that one or the 1250). Loving the 880 in the meantime. Love that series of speakers. Wanna get one someday! For now using the cs-722 and my turntable is the PL520 but just got an akai too.

Picked up a pair of handsome HPM-60's yesterday. Just quickly hooked them up to see what they're like. Unreal! That's what! Previous owner had them for over 20 years and bought them from, I'd say, the original owner who had painted them white. Not a bad job but will be redoing the cabs at some stage with real timber.

NAD 300 is driving them.

I have a SX-626, SX-737, and some CS-A700 Speakers. I purchased the 737 and speakers from the original owner, mint.

I bought an SA-1040 a couple of years ago off eBay. $80 in excellent condition. One of the best integrated amps I've had. Great spec, sounds great. I even used it to drive a couple of monitor speakers in a 5-piece classic rock band.

SA-6500 II Mk II (30wpc) Bought new in '77 or '78 used with AR 17's and BA 60's.

SX1010 - Gold. Just picked it up from a friend's mom. Near mint. Originally it was his dad's who passed a while back. They bought it new. It's been sitting in her closet for years. My vinyl goes through a Thorens TD 165 / Denon 103r / Music Hall Pre-amp. OMG, does this "monster" make my Boston Acoustic A 150's Series 3's come alive! Oh, and it was free.

Pioneer Gear

I am fortunate to own the following Pioneer equipment..

Pioneer SX 737 Receiver
Pair of Vintage Pioneer CS30A 20W 16Ohm Speakers
Also have a Nice Vintage Pair of CS 77 50W 8Ohm Speakers.. Either combination sounds awesome with this receiver or anything ive plugged these speakers into for that matter.. From my experience you cant go wrong with vintage pioneer speakers.. If you ever have an opportunity to pick up any of the vintage cs models with the wooden lattice grilles and the price is right.. Get them you wont regret it..

Hey everyone, I'm pretty new here (I lurk alot) but I have a problem and am looking for advice/help. I have a Pioneer SX-450 receiver that has run perfectly for about 3 years, every day. Today, out of nowhere, the phono input will only output LOUD static. Everything else is fantastic. Any thoughts?

You should start a new thread. This thread isn't for addressing problems and so you probably won't get replies. Good luck!

Still have some original greats. CS 63DX speakers recently recapped powered by a SX1050 receiver and a pair of SE L40 headphones. Traded a SX9000 in for the SX1050 years ago for more power. All still sounding great!

Old school/New School..

Here is a pair I matched up recently with some great results.
