Anyone a fan of these? Heard a set of 2's I thought sounded good and price seems right. Not mine.

At only $90 for the Acoustic Research M4's, I'd be all over them, if only to hear them for myself. Not much first hand experience with the holographic series.

Love them. My FIL had a pair which he handed down to family friends. Every time I go over to their house I admire them. I've only heard them a couple times but the soundstage is incredible. Even at lower volumes it just sounds like the music is coming from everywhere in the room. Really cool speakers.

I'd grab em if I already didn't have a pair.

I can see the plastic valance is missing below the tweeter on each pair - not a big deal.

I'd check the foam surrounds on the upward firing woofer in bottom of the tower.
