What a great forum you guys and gals have here. I've been having the itch to get back into high-end audio. I say back into because back in the day (80's) I had some decent stuff, and my place was always the place to listen to good quality music. Then life happened. Wife, kids, work..most of you know what I'm talking about. None of which I regret btw. So, I discovered this forum about a week ago and have learned a ton so far. I'm going to slowly built up my equipment as I'm not in a big hurry and want to do it right. Right now I'm starting from scratch....need it all. Would love to have some advice on good quality components that won't break the bank. I know it's a beat'n horse subject, but too bad. This is just an introduction. I do enjoy CD's but would like to get back into vinyl again. I also collect and restore 80's and 90's era pinball machines, so I might have to sell off 1 or 2 of them to fund this new passion. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike
