Well had some who playing on the sx1250,than heard a loud crack noise and no
Sound.the lights work it powers up but no sound.could that noise been a fuse blowing or something else blowing.need to pull it apart and check fuses but never heard a fuse make that kind of noise blowing.

While you may have heard a fuse fail, it's a lot more likely that you heard the failure of something else which caused the fuse to fail.

As tempting as it may be, I would urge you NOT to install a replacement fuse and power on the unit. Before even considering that, some rudimentary checks should be performed. It would also be prudent to disconnect the power amplifier modules at both the upper and lower Molex connectors to prevent any serious/further damage.

A quick resistance check of the main power supply rectifiers and caps for shorts should be done at a minimum, and a more thorough check of the caps and diodes on the stabilizer board would be advisable to verify nothing is shorted. A visual check for burned components and bulged caps should be made.

At that point it may be safe to replace any failed fuses and test the voltages from the power supplies and proceed from there.

If the main and regulated voltages are all within specs, power down and start checking the main output transistors for damage.

The fuse itself won't really make a noise when it opens up. The noise you heard was likely another component that failed.
The first place to look on those is the power supply. Take Watt's advice and do not just stick another fuse in it, crossing your fingers that will fix it.
