Looking for some guidance on how to remove the power board assembly. I have a loose solder connection on one of the transistors (sink mounted) on the power board and the board will have to be exposed to repair it. Thanks in advance..

Update.........I found a CR-800 Service Manual at http://www.kallhovde.com/yamaha/ and followed the chassis diassembly instructions to expose the power board. (I read some earlier posts that the CR-600 and the CR-800 used the same chassis). Using a magnifying glass and a good flashlight I found the cracked solder joint and will get to it tonight.

On the 600 and 800 much of that problem can be traced to those (*&^%$ fusistors, they change value and overheat so the alternate heating and cooling results in solder joint problems.
