Springtime event in the Twin Cities, MN?

Greetings, friends.

It's nearly mid-May and I was wondering if the MN/WI/IA AK members are interested in gathering for a local mini-fest this year. :scratch2:

If my place was larger I'd offer to host it myself, but I don't think I could accommodate a large group of persons and their audio gear in my modest living room and single stall garage/shed. (Heck, my own gear barely fits in those spaces.)

Many thanks to Ron (doucanoe) and Aaron (Inspiribomb) who have both graciously hosted multiple events in past years. :thmbsp:

You know, I've been wondering the, same thing. I would also offer up my place, but I simply have no room.....

I inquired... Ron isn't planning anything this year, and I haven't heard anything else yet. Looking forward to getting to one or two events this year.

I'd like to, possibly later this fall but have no immediate plans for a big get-together this spring/summer. I believe Aaron is contemplating doing one but hasn't set a date yet.

The "biggest" audio thing I have planned is Mike and Bob coming down for a low-key visit which will probably involve playing with a few things and listening to music but that's about it. I'm sure we will find some time to blow up a speaker or three, but may just end up sitting on the deck eating burgers and BS'ing more than anything else. Man, that boy (bob) can eat. :D

I was wondering as well.. i'd offer my place, but i'm a ways away from the cities and it would be a long commute for most involved. Plus, i don't have a lot of space inside.

I would love to see something pop up. Well, I'll keep my ears perked up for something...I got a new TT that I am dying to show off... :)
