Victoria BC - Vancouver Island Deal Alerts

Van_ Isle, let me know if you want me to do a look and/or pickup.
Provided it is not a set of massive speakers (Honda and Subaru driver).

Ya.....I thought about it, but I need another TT like a hole in the head.
I did see a pair of Energy 22.2 on Victoria classified a couple of days ago for $100:yes:

The listing lasted for about 60 seconds...........:tears:

Epicure 150 speakers-$150

Damn, you don't see many EPI speakers locally. Lot's of Dynaco, not much EPI. I don't think I've ever seen a pair of 150's. Those Linaeum speakers are pretty cool. The tweeters are excellent.

I saw that as well,.....I was thinking about the Sanyo Plus C-55 preamp for the garage (I have the matching tuner) I mailed him....we shall see.

Sansui 350A & Soma Speakers

Oh, and there was (let's see how good my memory is) a Sansui 350A receiver at Bibles for Missions on Government late last week - don't know if it is still there.

Wood case (with a chunk out of it on the front)
20 wpc.

I think they wanted $20 or $30??

Plus a pair of Soma 2-way speakers. Not fantastic by any means as far as I am aware - Canadian made and I think rated for 30 watts ... bit rough and needing new foams. But hey, Sound Hounds has a pair of Somas in their back room for sale as well ... so they can't be that bad?

Again they might be gone by now and I can't remember the exact price but it was probably under $20 (... like the EPI 100V's I got there a few weeks ago, hypertone ... or the Paisley Model 10's for $15 I got a couple months ago )
