Yamaha R700 style with preouts???

I would like to know if Yamaha made a receiver/amp combo that has preouts? A friend of mine is looking for one. He currently has an R700 but would like to get one so he can run external amps. He wants one the same height as the R700 so it will fit into a custom cabinet. If anyone knows of a Yamaha model number please let me know. Thanks.

Look for an R-900. Same size as the 700, with a bit more power: 70 watts-per-channel rather than 50, and front panel selectable pre-out/main-in jacks. I have put mine into service for awhile. I have all the digital readout units, from the R-700, to the R-2000. All great units.
