Power Tube Setting Question

Hi All!
Would some one please direct me to the thread or just tell me what the formula was/is to calculate how much dissipation you are running on your output tubes?
Specifically, which pin do you take the plate voltage with which to multiply by your MAs (the ones I assume you read off the fusitors).
I cannot find that old post/thread to save my life!

I think it was sweet Larry sharing some insight he had garnered from a conversation with Mr. McShane; that was more to it than just setting an arbitrary bias voltage.
