Ok, some of you either have vacuum-preserved museum copies of your vintage covers, modern reissues, or are using archived pics from the net. In any event, I prefer some character on my sheaths:

Buck Clayton "jumping at the woodside"
Phillips mini groove 1954. Holland

Could go on the general Playlist too, but... sitting here listening to Wes Montgomery, California dreaming side 1 on a rainy night. One of my faves!

Happy Holidays everyone! :) We're out of here this afternoon to travel abroad again to celebrate the Solstice/Winter Festivals (going to Stonehenge on the Solstice for one destination), and the New Year. :banana:

See you next year in early Jan.! :wave:

I've been lazy lately and have let Fire TV and Amazon Prime fulfill my Jazz fix. I've been pretty darn impressed. Great mix of Jazz on their Jazz stations on Prime Music, and the Fire TV selections are excellent.

Finally back to spinning a few discs today.

I have also watched "Let's Get Lost" the 1988 Chet Baker film. Love that man's talent. As so many said in the film, he just made Jazz look easy.

So here you go Chet. First up today;

Chet Baker, "Chet"
