Well since your a new comer (by the way welcome to AK!) there is a thread dedicated specifically to manuals requested. It's called 'Digital Documents'.
No real fault of yours because you just didn't know about it.
But I looked and also came up with nothing for the TM-1000 Tuner. Wish I could be of more help but that TM-1000 definitely appears to be a tough one as far as finding any manuals for it. Keep searching the internet hopefully you'll get lucky and continue to ask here in AK just maybe someone will have one that they can send a copy to you?
