May I suggest?

More venting at the bottom sides of the box with screens. Plastic stand-offs are available at ace or a good hardware store, to raise the boards off the base.

Hi kids, yes it's a Class D Audio CDA-1000 kit. I'll be bridging the amps for 500wpc into 8 ohms, 4 ohm stable. The kit comes with a 400VA Antek toroidal transformer. It also comes with standoffs for the boards. You still need a power switch, power cord, power socket, wires, patience and hopefully (for me) not much skill.

I am now in the process of painting the box gloss black. You will also need an attenuator or preamp. I'm going with a passive pre from Schiit for the time being.

500wpc!? Really? or is that some chinese 'rating'.
Going to be using this as a Stick Welder ?
