We recently completed the 15th floor of our building which was dedicated to about 50% training space and 50% employee lounge.

Here are a few pics:

We have foosball, a hockey game, two ping pong tables, two pool tables, 9 TVs, a golf simulator and band equipment for employees to practice. Pretty nice digs.

Damn, once again I find myself in the wrong industry. ERP must be the hot ticket. I love foosball. It was my minor in college.

serious ... Are they hiring?

With today's economy and corporate environment,I am really surprised that the management would approve such a large allocation for a lounge/training room.the company must be doing well.

It was scaled back significantly from the original plans. We have fairly low turnover and have been growing like crazy for a long time. 4 years ago, I was employee 150. We are now well over 400.

Interesting how that works, isn't it? Appreciate your employee base, give them incentives and perks and take advantage of the cost savings of a low turnover rate. :)

They are pretty strongly set on hiring people with strong ERP Implementation and manufacturing skills. But, I'm willing to have a look at resumes for people with SQL development experience, ERP or IT implementation experience in a manufacturing setting, process manufacturing is a plus over discrete. :D

But back on topic, I think I need to build my company some speakers.
