Soundring, who are an Australian seller I can recommend (they've been around for decades), have genuine Shure N95ED styli here http://www.soundring.com.au/genuine-shure-n95ed-elliptical-stylus/ . That’s another option, and it will then sound as Shure intended. The price of $89.95 is in Australian dollars, and includes worldwide postage - that's less than US$60 after the Australian 10% GST is removed (it's not charged to overseas purchases), according to Yahoo's currency converter.
That'll be a gigantic disappointment. Check the link again. For sure it looks like a Shure. It also says 'Genuine' :scratch2:
I wouldn't jump the gun just yet. AFAIK the stylus is OEM
FYI
Just ordered a N75ED-type 2 stylus from Sondring, the total cost after shipping was $69.35 USD. Shipping was about $10 USD. I was going to try a Jico HE and still may someday.
If worldwide shipping is included in the purchase price, as identified previously here and on their website (quote: Styli & Turntable Belts: Free delivery any destination.), why did they charge you $10?
... if they did change hands and Don's experience was with Soundring prior to change of ownership, I'd say all bets are off.
