that remote will operate the yamaha dsp model dsp-a700 (I have one). I have used my dsp-a700 as a sort of secondary switching and volume control amplifier with my c-70 so I could use a remote, although I pulled the plug on that when I moved it into my recording studio. Still, that's another model which that (stupid, insane, poorly designed, impossible to use) remote is for (speaking from experience... why the hell didn't they color coordinate the remote or something? it's ergonomic HELL)
