Welcome to AudioKarma.org, the best place to discuss anything audio or video related!

I'm new at this, so please bear with me.....there are many changes and good things to come. Well Tim, good luck with it partner. I am looking forward to something new like this. Maybe we will attract a bigger crowd now. Be fun to build this into a well respected forum.

It's easy....go to "user cp", then click "edit options", then down towards the bottom it'll give you an option for "avatar" (that's the picture thingy).

Welcome aboard! New smilies aren't far behind! I've got ones coming that roll, laugh, hold signs, smoke, and best of all, vomit!
 

The new 'welcome package' - get your own Karma user account for posting and options on your own forum... or upgrade to the pro' package free of charge and get your own forum and co-moderate another!

(minimum requirements for forum moderators: 128kbit connection, 128Mb RAM, Internet Explorer 4.0+)

Well I do seem to be around here a lot, so I guess I can moderate or help out in some fashion.

Although you already have moderators for the forums Im likely to read or post in the most !
 
Well, there's 3 options:

1. Think of a topic that isn't here that you'd like to moderate
2. Pick one that isn't moderated
3. Wait for now
 

Well, you asked if I were volunteering, and I said I am. If there aint much you want me to do then I guess I'll wait.

As for new forums - lets wait for the honeymoon period to end and see if the members are able to keep the current forums going. I guess that unless a whole bunch more members come, some of the forums may lie almost dormant.

I would say you could co-moderate "New Tech" with me except that its probably better to have another moderator based in the US, so that when I'm asleep (you gotta sleep sometime!) that person would be active.

"Home Theater" is still up for grabs ... you could try that ...
