It's a Zenith MC 7050, so I'm guessing 50w/ch...?

What else do you know about it?

All I know is that it sounds really good, tuner pulls in the stations quite nicely, and I got it for close to nothing... and it doesn't look bad at all!

Nice looking receiver! We had a nice Zenith television when I was a kid, and I once had a Zenith portable multi-band radio. Zenith used to be a top name brand, proudly made in the USA. Sad that it disappeared, but nice to know that at least one little piece of its later production is now in good hands! Enjoy it!:thmbsp:
 
I've never seen such a receiver, it looks pretty sharp!

"The quality goes in, before the name goes on" was the Zenith motto back in the day.
 
I have that Zenith radio(Transoceanic) and it's still working. We also had RCA and Zenith TV's in the 70's and 80's. That zenith receiver looks like a nice piece of gear and I bet it sounds good also. Zenith made some great stuff in those days!:banana:

I was actually given a Kenwood KR-5600 along with a pair of HED U123 last week and after working on both receivers, I think I'll settle for the Zenith actually... seems better built (less plastics), weighed tuning knob, all knobs are detented (is that an English word?)... although the Kenwood has a very nice blue backlit tuner scale!!!

Hum, decisions, decisions... they both sound good though!
 
My brother bought a very nice 1967 Zenith MN2685 console a few months back. It has a beautiful and huge preamp/tuner and a pretty beefy amp in a separate vented compartment, while the internal speaker system is a sealed 15" 3-Way 4 driver. I should post a few pics, it's just beautiful. I've got the guts of a 20YT20 around here but that doesn't compare. :p: I know I've looked at a few Zenith receivers and I do wish I'd have gotten them, I hope that you enjoy that one!
