Sure is a lot of nice stuff, and I would like to have it, but most is overpriced, and Im saving up for yet ANOTHER vintage amp now.

That guy's had it all listed for almost 6 months.

Knight, what's stopping you from moving to California?
Do it now while you can. Life has a way of "encumbering" us as we get
along the pathway, and by that time, hopefully the pathway has some zigs and zags in the rearview mirror.

oh! I still live with my folks and I want to go to college first. Im only 16 y/o. I would rather live in a nice $300K house here than a $300K shack in the Silicon Valley. Real estate prices there are VERY HIGH. Once I get some good money and graduate, I want to move there. My folks dont want to at all though. I will someday, Im sure of it.

This guy lives somewhere in Arkansas, not in St. Louis. He posts the same ads on KC craigslist and others.

I bought a Dual 1229 from him a month ago - in garage sale find condition - certainly not pristine - yes, from Mountain Home, AR. No arguments about packing and shipping, however.

Yes, he is from Arkansas. I've seen the same ads posted in the Memphis CL.

Pricey, IMHO.

I hate to tell you the bad news, but there are NO $300k shacks here in the Silicon Valley. Maybe $500k shacks!

The prices change with every ad he posts - sometimes up, sometimes down - but always uniformly high.

There is a reason most of the stuff does not sell...

Lol, yes, but different parts of the country pay differently for the same job, i.e.: a 30k a year job here in St. Louie might be 40 or 45k in Cali or another wealthier area of the country. It's all about cost of living adjustments, inflation...

Using that logic, and factoring in his locale(Arkansas) and where he is finding and buying the stuff (heart of the Ozarks,) his stuff should be a third of what it is.

Sidesthatitisratherirritatingwhenapersondoesntbeli eveinparagraphsorpuntuation,aspreviouslynoted.
