Just so everyone knows, we did not dismantle a working pair of SDA's. The cabinets were empty when picked up on Craig's by doucanoe.

Thanks to Ray for help with the porting ans such.

Ports, an explanation of sorts.

The baffle has a 3" hole routed to match the inside of the 3" port tube. I then route a hole the diameter of the outside of the port in 1/2" plywood. Slide the port into the 1/2" plywood and attach the 1/2" to the front baffle lining up the inside of the port with the port hole on the baffle. Fin!

The ports are snug, but removable if one desires to play with port size in the future.

The bases were filled with MDF to give them some weight.
