what caps for jbl decade 16 ?

looking to recap jbl decade 16 bookshelfs
does anyone know what value the capacitor and have any suggestions on which to buy Thanks!!

Thanks !! " in parallel" this means i solder the one lead of each cap together making it essentially one correct? Again thanks for the quick reply!
 
Daytons sound good. For a little more $ Sonicaps would be a little smoother in the highs, less congested in the mids. Best, without breaking the bank would be vintage PIO. The Chinese Obligatto caps found at DIY HIFI, an ebay store, are very smooth and also a bargain, maybe the best bang for the buck, but shipping taeks about 3 weeks. Russian K75-10's (ebay store Sovcom) have a great reputation too, and they are reasonably priced as well. I used them for the midrange on a Celestion crossover. They are superior quality in this price range. Again, the shipping from Russia is lengthy.
