Savard Phase 12 Studio Monitors Anyone?

I saw some speakers today at the thrift. On the back the label read Savard Phase 12 Studio Monitors. They appeared to have 3 Tweeters near the front top of the cab, a Mid-Range Horn and a 12" Woofer. They were rather large in size 30" tall x 12" x 12" in heavy Oak Cabinets. Does anyone know anything about these? Thanks, CB

Depending on when they were made, Savard was using Eminence woofers and mid-horns and a combination of Phillips and Piezoelectric Tweets.

If those are the 2" think cabs, those are solid core doors cut down. Bill's first series of cabs were 3/4" Oak veneer plywood which were sold usually un-finished.

You nailed that one! They are about 2" solid oak. One of the woofers was replaced with a Radio Shack woofer. My place is overloaded with speakers as it is and I'm sure these aren't worth much anyways, but it's interesting to find these things out, Thanks, CB
