SX-626 Receiver - Amplifier Adjustments?

Are there any adjustments that can be made to the amplifier side of the SX-626 receiver, for optimum sound?

I’ve scanned the posted Service Manual for the SX-626 (Love AK!). Adjustments for the Tuner (AM and FM), but of course all require oscilloscope, signal generator, etc. No testing points/adjustments noted for the amplifier. Are there any that can be made for this series using a DMM?

To now, I’ve been more of a vintage Yamaha fan myself (Har-rumph!). Was given an SX-626, have just spent some hours in general cleaning, DeoxITing, replacing lamps, etc and must admit to being quite pleasantly surprised by the look and sound of it. For 25-30 watts, a heavy little guy...

The amplifier is cap-coupled to the output terminals, and has a centering adjustment (VR1 and VR2), which is adjusted under load with a signal generator and scope. There is also a bias adjustment (VR3 and VR4), and in the absence of specific instructions, I'd connect a meter across one of the 0.5 ohm 2W emitter resistors and set the control to read about 20mV.
 
Very close, the manual says 70mA drain for both channels, thus 35mA for each, making it 0.017v (17 mV) across each 0.5 ohm emitter resistor.

My priorities were re-arranged for me the last while. Apparently doing 'my stuff' didn't even make the household top ten. Hopefully can work on this in next day or so.

Service Manual/schematic shows 2 0.5 ohm 2W emitter resistors per side. Can either one be used to connect DMM across and adjust appropriate VR...?

Finally. Done and buttoned-up. Lovely sounding receiver. Powerful tuner for a low- to mid-range unit - full-strength on the signal strength meter in my basement location, without antenna.

Only dang thing is that another lamp burnt-out. Will have to let it sit until I can round up an order for AKer dgwojo...
