Victor is what JVC ( Japanese Victor Corporation) is known as in Japan.Many years ago they were affiliated with RCA.
I have never seen one like that however,it looks like a beast.
Fill us in on the sound when you get it!

Interesting. Denon was similarly associated to Columbia.

JVC=Japan Victor Company.
Looks very nice-100wpc-it's say it's rated for 100volts-I don't like the idea of a step down convertor for amps.
At $475, wells it's nice, but you can do better at that price. $250 tops IMHO

I've been watching this one myself. It closed twice now after 30 days each without selling and just went back up yesterday. I'm in the same boat with the step down for amp. I wish he was selling the 120V JVC one he has.

TB

What a fantastic Piece

I have had some experience with the high end victor pieces. I have the A-X9 and a pair of Victor FB5 speakers. The amplifier is probably the cleanest sounding amplifier I have, and the speakers are a back loaded horn variety. I think people are discovering the Victor/JVC brand again. I'd pick this one up if I had the cash, what a wonderful piece.

just got the jvc version of this amp.
sweet , super clean sounding amp that's for sure:thmbsp:
