I Need A Host!

Thinking in color...
I've gotta expand one of my blogs into its own website soon. I'm ready to commit to the place I got my domain name from (for another site) but I'm confused. If all I'm doing is putting up a simple site with some crappy MP3s now and then, what do I need with the PHP, SQL, PERL and all that other 3- and 4-letter mumbo that comes with the package? If your site is hosted, maybe you can give me a little advice on what else to look for. Here's what I have to pick from.

Good luck with the site. Don't do PHP until you understand security issues. All I understand (vaguely) is that hackers may have made it their next target and this site uses it for the bulletin board format. Ask Kam and Ward for help there.

Just go with the cheapest package, be it here or somewhere else. Depending on what programming language your blog is written in you will need these "mumbo jumbo" things for it to work. PHP and PERL are programming languages, SQL is a database that houses your blog data.
