Melodiya records are good records?

Melodiya is good record label? Sound quality are good comparing to other labels?

P.S. Allmost all Melodiya records i have, are maked in Riga(Latvia), who was second best Melodiya factory after Moscow in record and cover quality. After Riga facory, comes Leningrad or Apreleveski factory(dont remember witch of these) and the worst was Thibilisi factory.
