luxman LV-113. Worth fixing????

I recently picked up this LUXMAN LV-113.
Great cosmetic condition but it has one fault.
It won't power up.
I understand it is about a 65 watts 8 OHM Integrated.
Is it highly regarded as far as sound.

It cost me $40 is it worth getting looked at

That series is pretty nice for '80s hi-fi.

Looks like there's 3 fuses to check in the power supply.
Here is a service manual:

Sadly, if it is anything more than a blown fuse AND you are not DIY able, your R-113 is likely beyond economical repair. That is, the repair cost plus what your already have in it could exceed what it would cost to get another working example.
