Hello.
I have an ADC QLM36-MKIII Cartridge that I just purchased a new stylus for. The stylus is supposed to be new, and is an ADC QLM32-MKIII (which I was told was completely compatible).
The question I have is this: (The cart is off of a turntable I'm working on that had a broken off stylus. The cart was already there, so I purchased the new stylus)...
It sounds poppy where there should be more solid bass. Can anyone tell me if this just sounds like a bad stylus, or the sign of a bad cartridge?
Thanks in advance!
