I have a g-5700, I was listening and turned up the volume a little and it shut off. I turned it back on and it did the same thing. It wouldn't turn on at all after a couple times so I opened it and their was a blow fuse. I replased the fuse and now it turns on but no sound and after a minute it starts to smell and I sah a little smoke toward the back center of the unit. plus the safely operate button will not turn on. PLEASE HELP!

I am guessing that when you power it up now, you don't hear the "click" of the relay a few seconds after?
It could be that the bias for one channel was too high and an output transistor or two shorted. Or opened, which seems more likely since the fuse did not blow again.
Can you see any burnt parts on the board in the center of the receiver?

I did not hear the click of the relay. I cant see any burnt parts, but im not am experts of these components but none of them look brown or black as if they were burnt. Also when it started to smoke I turned it off right away. When I turn it on the group of wires from the heat sink... blue one seams to get hot and the smoke is also coming from that area. yes no more plugging it until its been fixed ..
if you are handy with a test meter and soldering iron and can follow instructions i am sure someone will walk you through a repair ..otherwise there are people on here who can fix it for you .

ok if your prepared and can post some good pictures carry on .
I have three pics the one is just the whole entire opened up receiver, then it zooms in a little and that's around where I sah smoke, then it gets pretty close to a bundle of wires that I thought was getting really hot but I WAS WRONG, it was actually the component under the wires getting so hot that the wires felt warm! it you look at the closest pic you will see the copper circle piping on the right side... then look a little down and you will see a blue what looks like resistor going vertical with the picture. my mulitmeter said that it was over 370 degrees!!!!!!!!!. I really appreciate whoever is helping me and do be afraid to ask for more pics, I would rather do it right the first time.

brown black gold would be 1 ohm there aren't any in there .
look at r 57 it should be same .
anyway it looks like you have one or more shorted transistors .

locate board f-3058 ..on the heatsink . the one on the right looking from the front . check continuity between pins 1 and 8 and 7 and 2 . meter on 200 ohms setting will be fine . if reading short zero ohms or very close it will confirm a short .
looking at your pic its r58 .. r57 is too the left of the u shaped transistor heatsinks ..
just so you know the board is split down the middle .left side left channel right side right channel . its like a mirror image .

I don't know whats going on. I uploaded a pic of the wires that I think you are referring to, tell me if they go in the order like the picture. My multimeter is going all over with the readings with both of the wires but within the range of 15 ohms to .023... I don't know if its my multimeter or me or what im testing.
