Polk Rt7 Speakers

I picked up a pair in very nice shape Polk RT 7 speakers at a thrift store today and when I played them there was a bad rattle coming from both speakers. I removed the woofer and the spider was detached from the basket is this normal? What can I do if anything to repair this.

The same thing you would do if you were replacing foam surrounds, except you just glue them back on. Do search and you will find what you need.
