I commented on a different thread that I was building a variation of Bruce Rozenblit's 25W OTL amp, and I wanted to provide more details but not hijack the OP's thread.

I've done a preliminary layout, but AK won't let me post the same pic, so I'll have to link to it here: http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=432545&d=1369569486

Anyway, I decided to use two custom toroids -- 1 per channel, rather than the complex array of off-the-shelf components in order to fit all on my 12 x 17 chassis.

I punched the top sheet metal (which is aluminum) and it was fairly easy.

The frame is 24 gauge steel so I asked a friend to help.

Here's a shot of the silkscreens for the chassis frame.

When I get it back, I'll mount the components and take a pic or two of it.

here you go! They won't let you upload the same picture but you can post it again. All you have to do is go to the original post and right click on the photo and choose properties. You will find the AK url for the photo copy it and then select the insert picture image in the tool bar for your new post and paste the URL of the photo in the pop up window and bang it will post

Clean up time!

I mated to the top panel with the chassis, and moved those unsightly capacitor clamps underneath. Replaced shiny stainless hardware with black fasteners.

Next steps are under the hood.

I'll be following this build. I downloaded book pdf that has schematic.

There are 3 power transformers per channel cited. BuzzK, I trust you had some custom transformers wound to reduce the number of separate transformers?
 
Excellent build quality, as usual. You're really raising the bar these days.

kward -- it's high voltage rubberized (butylene?) wire (similar to spark plug wire but without the carbon fiber). I bought it per foot long ago. I think the vendor was Ack Radio here in Atlanta.
