What's this 75 ohm connector?

I just bought a Yamaha T-7 tuner, and it has this odd-looking 75 ohm connector:

It won't take a push-on or screw on F connector. What do I need to buy to connect this to my outdoor FM antenna (which has a standard male screw-on F connector)?

Thanks guys - it looks like it could be either one. I'll head over to the Shack and get one of each if they have them.
 
I don't think it's a BNC connector; it would have the locking twist pins on the outside if it was.
 
That 75 ohm connection is definitely not a BNC connector. These connectors can be found in male or female as well as adapters for either one.

It is a PAL connector.


The one on the left is a BNC male connector. The one on the right is a PAL male connector (adapters for either one can be found if needed).

I thought it was a female BNC connector, with the pin up inside the case, but was wrong. It doesn't look like there's enough room between the case and the connector's barrel to get to a BNC female connector's pin.

Here's a good photo of female and male BNC connectors that clearly shows how large the pin on the outside of the female conector's barrel is.

The Europeans use two versions of the PAL connector for TV and FM.
One has a pin in the center, the other has a socket (sleeve) in the center, to accept a pin.
The idea is to keep you from getting the input and output mixed up, like when a VCR or satellite receiver has an OTA input and a modulated output.
Radio Shack has both adapters, to go to/from a standard "F" connector.
