I am working on a gold face 750 marantz and in need of a power cord. I called marantz today and they confirmed that Superscope built the 750, when they took ownership of marantz in the early 80's. Still looking for the odd power cord though! A 700 just sold on e-bay for $56 and there is one listedwith a current price of $67.

Although I have cleaned the 750 pots and unit, I have been hesitant to fire it up due to a modified power cord used by previous owner. I might get brave and test it but I am trying to find the right cord first. It is not an amp to die for!!!
