Bose 601 Series II - Repair advice?

So I found a couple of Bose 601 Series II in my in-laws basement that I'd like to resell for them (doing a lot of cleanup). All of the woofers need re-foaming, but unfortunately 2 of the woofers have mouse damage. Is it possible to patch the woofer and refoam, or am I looking at re-coning? And if I re-cone, do I need to recone all 4 to have them match?

My main goal here is to clean up (very dusty!), repair and sell on CL or EBay. Hoping to get at least a few 100 out of them. They're in pretty good shape with a few nicks/scratches on the cabinets and the grills have one small hole.

Attached are photos of the speakers and woofers (one pic is of a disassembled one for cleaning).

Thanks!

That's a pretty good size chunk taken out of the woofs by mice - more than I think you would want to try and patch. Instead of recone, you may be able to pick-up OEM woofs off that big auction site. As long as the recone matches the OEM spec or you get replacement woofs, no need to do all 4.

Another option may be to part-out what you have since you want to get rid of them. This is always last resort for me. I hate to break stuff apart and toss the inevitable leftovers in the trash.

Good luck with whatever path you chose.

Maybe I can re-foam the two good woofers and sell them, since they fetch over $100. Put some new non-bose woofers in the cabinets and sell those hoping they'd fetch $200 still. Or maybe part it out, I hate to destroy things too.

I had a set of 601 Series II that had two woofers missing, and the other two had rotted foam. Otherwise cosmetic condition was decent but not amazing. I sold them on Craigslist for $160. Took a few weeks. I would aim for $200 and settle for less on yours.
