Not JBL that's for sure. That tweeter isn't fitting very well.

Neither do the midranges, a bit small for the factory cutout also... I'd avoid unless the OP wants a project.

You can see the tweeter is not original but, I think the midrange are. Compare them to the other speaker. As to pass or not I think depends on the asking price and your propensity to dig into things. The cabinet looks small to get a 15" woofer to get into the basement, think it may be similar to a Heresy.
This may sound odd but, I do not think a company putting out cheap junk would have a glass Top, if it is glass. No profit in it.

That woofer is giving me an EV vibe, and those mids look like decent quality parts, too. The dome tweeter isn't original, but it doesn't look bad at all. An interesting mess.
How much are they? (yes yes I know, dollars and sense)
I would say grab them if the price is right since those cabinets and maybe the drivers are worth your time and effort. I would read the thread listed in post #2 since I would guess they are HSL also. Keep us updated and good luck.

I had thought JBL too. I remember a model or two that had smoked glass tops like that.
That woofer could be EV, University, etc., but knowinq CL, it'll probably end up being a Utah.

Those look like Philips mids to me, and in fact the tweeter looks like Philips also...not so sure about the woofer though.
