I need a benchtop ESD mat and a decent spot light.

Hi all';

Self explanatory but prices seem to vary from less than 20 to a c-note in cost for a mat, will need to be able to handle all the potential chassis scuffing that can occur, too and remain in place. Need about shy of 18 inches deep but I can cut one down I suppose.

Need a table top spot light. Edit: found one model just need to shop around for a price.

Thanks.

None of you use a protective mat for your bench top? I just got a couple of nice tables small but big enough to work on a large box.

The metal office printer stand ($5 @ gw btw) its big enough and stable enough for both a large amp in area plus a perfect fit for my empire TT. So I'm not concerned about that for grounding for that. ---- I might add this table has a slot in it for the paper feed. It was perfect for adjusting the TT from beneath and run the wires thru. If you need a stable table keep your eyes open.

The second table is pretty cool, too but made of wood. but nice to take pics from so I want to keep the top clean but also make use of grounding to be sure on chip circuits though I can ground myself other ways. I'd settle for some kind of material I could order cut? thin patio mats don't cut it.
