Does anyone have any experience with the company to fix the speaker.

I plan to buy Infinity kappa 9 but have failed Polydome.

Pajo,

Lots of threads here on the Polydomes but if you are specifically looking for feedback on a EU based company, you might have more posters with direct experience on "Audio Aficionado dot org". They seem to have a higher EU membership. They also have an Infinity forum.
