Why not just go off the manual, or better yet, go through the unit and write them down. This is the best way IMO. You can take note of sizes while your there. Size may not be an issue unless you decide to use silmic II's..
Also, most of the time I'll actually draw the orientation of all the caps on each board and note their orientation and value. This way you can wipe the board of all parts replacing instead of doing one by one.
There are many parts lists out there, all you had to do was search.
