made in the 12th week of 1958 (or maybe 1968 -- but my guess would be 1958).
Pretty generic 8" extended range speaker. Common in phonographs and (in early times) console TVs.
Put a pair of 'em on open baffles and drive them with a single-ended 2A3 stereo amp. Listen to some vocals, small-combo jazz, acoustic/"little girl with guitar" music or chamber music -- you might like 'em (with or without a helper "supertweeter").
Not sure exactly waht model they came from but Allied or early Magnovox had to be close. The do not handle high output very well due to the small voice coil. These ure typicallu used with tube amp systems of their day. Good luck with your find!
