HUGE lot of 45's?

Hello folks...

I have a massive lot of 45 rpm records, all in really great shape (most are unplayed). At least 50% have picture sleeves, the majority of the rest are in the respective record label's sleeves. The sleeves show wear from sitting boxes for 30 years. There are 650-700, and all are pop from the late 70's-mid 80's. Nothing rare but lots of fun stuff from that time in popular music - Sting, Billy Joel, Joe Jackson, Kool and the Gang, The Gap Band, Duran Duran, Styx, Donna Summer, Pointer Sisters, Bob Seeger, etc. I really wish I had the space for a Jukebox because this would be a fun set.

What do you all think they would be worth as a lot?

Thanks!

I have a similar collection of ~ 1,400+, except without most of the picture sleeves. With nothing rare, and in this kind of quantity, I figure they are worth about $200, or around $ 0.15 each.
