Refoaming is pretty easy, Simply Speakers has the kits needed. Try ebay they are $31+ for the passives and $16+ for the woofs.
PartsExpress has all the Caps you would need.

I read that you refoamed your ess 12" woofers. Was it difficult? I have 2 woofers and 2 passives to do. I was thinking of having someone do it for depending on cost. Where did you get your surrounds from? I would love to redo my crossovers in the future. I have three pairs of these things and just love them. I want to run all three pair together. I love that wall of sound. Thanks in advance
